Catering by the Cork & More Deli & Catering

If you would like to enjoy a catered lunch while aboard the Grateful Red, we offer catered picnic baskets for your enjoyment. We will have your order delivered to the boat for your day on the Lake! You can also add a bottle of chilled white wine.

Lunches are served arranged in a basket with tableware and glasses for two.

All-American Picnic

Your choice of Oven-Roasted Turkey, Zesty Roast Beef, or Vegetarian Sandwiches. Served with Italian Pasta or Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Tart Lemon Bars and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Call and order in advance. Arranged in a basket with tableware and glasses for two. 

French-Style Picnic

Freshly baked French Baguette, Truffle Pâté with Armagnac, Molinari Salami, Imported and Domestic Cheeses, Olives and Cornichons, Fresh Fruit and Chocolate Truffles. Call and order in advance. Arranged in our baskets with tableware and glasses for two. 

California Gourmet Picnic

Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts, Fresh Summer Salad, Couscous or Pasta Primavera Salad, Fresh Berries with Crème Fraiche and two Belgian Truffle Brownies. Arranged in a basket with tableware and glasses for two.

On board the Grateful Red, we serve complimentary light snacks, water, and pop. If you would like to bring additional beverages, you are welcome to bring on board except for red wine.  To see additional catering options, please view the Cork & More website for options.
