Day 1 - Arrival at five star resort - room rate under $280 a night. Welcome dinner, star gazing and s'mores.
Day 2 Morning meditation and guided hike to beautiful Cave Rock. Retreat during the day and dinner offsite at a local brewery, live entertainment, games, fun and cool vibe. Seriously dinner was less than $30 pp (and walking two blocks, so no transfers).
Day 3 – Mindfulness training followed by Retreat. Afternoon kayaking, lake tours, biking, historical Tahoe and more. Evening beach party and barbecue on the Lake.
